Megabytes Support Tickets - Navigation
Primary navigation within Support Tickets is done using the system toolbar, at the top left of every page (shown below).
The ticket icon (1st on left) takes the user to the “homepage” where all tickets are listed.
The plus sign creates a new ticket.
The person icon (3rd) enters customer management. Use this icon to add and edit customers.
The category icon (4th) enters category management. Use this icon to add and edit categories for your tickets.
The key icon (5th) is user and security management. Use this icon to add and edit system users.
