How to Send Email to Multiple Recipients Using Microsoft Outlook Express 6.0
- Open Outlook Express
- Click “Addresses” in the toolbar to bring up the address book
You must now select multiple contacts in your address book to send the email to, you can do this with two methods:
To Send Mail to All Address Book Entries
- Click on the first name in the list
- Choose the Edit menu and choose Select All - this should highlight every entry in your address book
- Choose the Tools menu, hover over Actions, then select Send Mail (shown below)
Compose the email normally and send.
To Send Mail to Select Addresses Only
- Hold the <CTRL> key down on your keyboard and click one time on all addresses you wish to send this email to.
- When you have all addresses you want selected, release the <CTRL> key, and choose Tools > Actions > Send Mail.
