Screaming to a Department
Overview
Express allows you to Scream a custom message to entire Department. Depending on your Security Permissions you can Scream to any Department or just your own Department.
Scream to Department
- Select Department from the Scream drop down menu. Depending on your Security Permissions you will see a list of a text entry screen or a Department drop down list.
Screaming Access 4, 6, 9
- Select a Department from the drop down list that you wish to Scream to.
- Click the Select button to continue.
- Enter your message in the box provided. Limit of 160 characters including spaces and punctuation.
- Select the Send button. If data is valid you will be taken to a confirmation page.
- Select the Continue button to return to the Dashboard.
