Paging an On-Call Employee
Overview
Express allows you to page an Employee that is currently On-Call. Depending on your Security Permissions you will either be able to page an On-Call Employee in your Department or all those On-Call.
Page On-Call Employee
Paging Security Permissions 2, 5, 9
- Select On-Call from the Page drop down menu. You will see list of all On-Call Employees.
- Default Callback ON
- Select the Send Page button next to the individual you wish to Page.
- A confirmation banner will appear.
- Default Callback/Ext ON, RESTRICTED
- Select the Send Page button next to the individual you wish to Page. A pop-box will appear with the default Callback/Ext filled in the text boxes.
- Make changes to the Callback/Ext if necessary.
- Click the Submit button to send the Page. If data is valid then you will taken back to On-Call Paging and a confirmation banner will appear.
- Default Callback/Ext OFF
- Select the Send Page button next to the individual you wish to Page. A pop-box will appear.
- Enter the Callback Number you wish the recipient to use. Please include the area code. Do not include dashes, parenthesis or spaces.
- Select the Submit button to send the Page to the individual. If data is valid then you will taken back to On-Call Paging and a confirmation banner will appear.
Paging Security Permissions 1, 4
- Select On-Call from the Page drop down menu. You will see list of all On-Call Employees in your Department.
- Default Callback ON
- Select the Send Page button next to the individual you wish to Page.
- A confirmation banner will appear.
- Default Callback/Ext ON, RESTRICTED
