Editing On-Call Employees

Overview

Express allows you to edit the On-Call information for an Employee, in case of changes or shift switches.

Edit On-Call Employee

  • Select On-Call from the Administration drop down menu. You will taken to a list of On-Call Employees and depending on your Security Permissions, you will see all On-Call or only those in your department.
  • Select the Edit button under the Options column of the On-Call information you wish to change.

  • Make the necessary changes to the information. Please make sure that the ending date/time is after the starting date/time.
  • Select the Save button to update the information in the system. If data is valid you will be taken back to the On-Call List.

  • A Confirmation bar will appear at the top of the page.
