All of Selected User's Messages Report
Overview
This report shows all of the messages sent by a selected Employee. Included in the report: recipient, date/time sent, and the message. It is ordered by the last message sent.
Headings
Date
The date that the message was sent.
Time
The time that the message was sent.
To
The recipient of the message and how it was sent. Example, Page On-Call - Aaron Renshaw means that Aaron Renshaw was sent a page from On-Call Paging.
Message
The message that the Employee sending the notification. A Scream will have a custom message, a Page will have a standardized message with only the callback and extension will differ.
Generating Report
- Select All Messages by User from the Reports drop down menu.
- Select the desired Employee from the drop down list.
- Select the Select button to continue. You will be taken to the report.
