Messages within Selected Date Range Report
Overview
This report displays all messages sent within the date range selected by the User.
Headings
From
The Employee that sent the message.
Date
The date that the message was sent.
Time
The time that the message was sent.
To
The recipient of the message and how it was sent. Example, Page On-Call - Aaron Renshaw means that Aaron Renshaw was sent a page from On-Call Paging.
Message
The message that the Employee sending the notification. A Scream will have a custom message, a Page will have a standardized message with only the callback and extension will differ.
Generating Report
- Select All Messages in Date Range from the Reports drop down menu.
- Click inside the Start Date text box and select the Start Date.
- Click inside the End Date text box and select the End Date.
- Click the Select button to generate the report.
