Adding On-Call Employees
Overview
Express allows you to Add On-Call Employees for use in Paging and Screaming. Note: This option is only available for those with the correct Security Permissions.
Add On-Call Employee
- Select On-Call from the Administrator drop down menu. A list of On-Call Employees will appear and depending on your Security Permissions it will show all On-Call or just those in your Department.
- Select the name of the Employee you wish to add On-Call information from the drop down list.
- Select the Add button to enter the new On-Call information.
- Enter the starting date/time and the ending date/time. Please be sure that the ending date/time is after the starting date/time.
- Select the Save button to enter the information into the system. If data is valid you will be taken back to the On-Call List.
- A Confirmation bar will appear at the top of the page.
