Setting up Parking Lot

  1. Open your web browser and direct it to https:{your_pbx} - Log in with an administrative account - Click “Parking Lot” - Click the check box next to “Enable Parking Lot Feature” - Enter a parking lot extension next to “Parking Lot Extension” ( 70 should be filled in by default ) - Select how many slot you will have available in the parking lot in the drop down next to “Number of Slots” - Select how long a parked call will wait until ringing back the original parker in the drop down list next to “Parking Timeout” - Leave all under “Actions for Timed-Out Orphans” as default. - Under “Destination for Orphaned Parked Calls” select where an orphaned call should go. - Click “Submit Changes” - Click “Apply Configurations Changes Here”
