Email Setup - Windows Mail (Windows Vista)

From the Tools Menu, select Accounts, then click New.

Choose E-mail Account and click Next.

Enter your display name in the first screen:

The display name is the name displayed in the From column on the recipients' computer.

Click Next.

Enter your full email address, such as [email protected]. Click Next.

In the next screen, choose POP or IMAP depending on what method you've decided to use. Then enter the incoming and outgoing mail servers, usually mail.yourdomain.com where “yourdomain.com” is your domain name. If you are unsure of your mail servers, consult your MegabytesOne welcome letter, sent to you by email when you first signed up for MegabytesOne. If you do not have your letter, contact Megabytes for a replacement.

Be sure to fill out both the incoming and outgoing mail servers, Check “Outgoing Server Requires Authentication”, then click Next.

Enter your full email address in the username field, then input your email password assigned by your administrator.

Once everything is entered, click Next and then Finish.
