Screaming to a Department

Overview

Express allows you to Scream a custom message to entire Department. Depending on your Security Permissions you can Scream to any Department or just your own Department.

Scream to Department

Select Department from the Scream drop down menu. Depending on your Security Permissions you will see a list of a text entry screen or a Department drop down list.

Screaming Access 4, 6, 9

Select a Department from the drop down list that you wish to Scream to.
Click the Select button to continue.

Enter your message in the box provided. Limit of 160 characters including spaces and punctuation.

Select the Send button. If data is valid you will be taken to a confirmation page.
Select the Continue button to return to the Dashboard.
