Editing an Existing Department

Express allows you to edit an existing Department's name to one you choose.

• Select Departments from the Administration drop down menu. Depending on your Security Permissions you will see a list of all Departments or only your Department.
• Select the Edit button under the Options column of the Department you wish to Edit.

• Edit the Name, Default Callback Number, and/or Default Extension as needed.

• Select the Save button. If data is valid then you will be taken to the Department list.
• A Confirmation bar will appear at the top of the page.
