Express allows to add a new Supervisor to a Department.
Add Supervisor
Select Supervisors from the Administration drop down menu. You will taken to the Department list page, and will see, depending on your Security Permissions, all Departments or only your Department.
Select the Add/Remove Supervisor button under the Options column in the Department you wish to change.
Select the name of the Employee you wish to add as a Supervisor from the drop down list.
Select the Save button to add the selected Employee as a Supervisor. The page will refresh and the Employee will appear the Current Supervisor(s) heading and a confirmation bar will appear.
