Adding a New Department
Overview
Express allows you to add new departments for use in Screaming and Paging. Note: this ability is only allowed to those with the correct Security Permissions.
New Department
- Select Departments from the Administration drop down menu.
- Select the New Department button at the top of the page.
- Enter the Department name, Default Callback Number, and Default Extension.
- Select the Save button. If entry was valid you will taken to the Department list.
- A Confirmation bar will appear at the top of the page.
